La Jolla Shores Remodel

Nestled in the hills of La Jolla Shores, JB Noble transformed this home with modern details to compliment its original charm. The remodel required a shift in structural walls and architectural planning. The interior needed to accommodate large parties, but remain intimate when enjoyed alone. Working with architects, engineers, and skilled trades, we opened up the floor plan, enlarged the kitchen, transformed the bathrooms, and turned the rooftop into an outdoor lounge.

As the heart of the home, the newly design kitchen graciously opens to the common areas, praising the views of the outdoor gardens and landscape. The moveable, geometric wall between the dining room and kitchen adds versatility and privacy.

After designing the custom millwork, bathroom cabinetry, Kitchen, and more, JB Noble sourced manufacturers to accomplish the design from Mexico City, Italy and Colorado. A mechanical cabana imported from Germany was added to the exterior rooftop, giving the client the ability to enjoy the ocean views and host intimate gatherings. The final design incorporated a massage room, TV retreat and 12 person spa.
