Coastal Flat

JB Noble was asked to design a second model unit at THE PARK in San Diego, after the first model (also designed by JB Noble) was sold in a single day. The investors of the high-rise gave full design freedom and blind trust to create an atmosphere that would impress with bold statements. The investors were presented with the fully furnished model at the grand opening event of the property, as it was unseen before its reveal.

The custom furniture was designed to reveal flanking consoles and praise rare décor centerpieces. The hand-crafted, Japanese rice paper in the elevator vestibule leads the eye to a large illuminated clock beyond. The hallways arrayed in blue and mocha leather seduce the eye, arriving to the master suite softened with textural wall upholstery. The unique crystal chandelier was customized to accommodate weight restrictions and properly compliment the scale of the space without hindering the view beyond.
