AN ELEVATED HAVEN
HIGH-RISE CONDO REMODEL
Designed during the height of COVID, JB Noble was commissioned to remodel and furnish a brand-new residence in California for clients living in Chicago. Design challenges were heightened with manufacturing concerns, world-wide shut downs, high labor demands, and logistical delays. Due to pandemic restrictions, the client was unable to witness the progression of the remodel and design, giving JB Noble full trust to manage the entire process. They arrived with suitcase in hand for the grand reveal. Their stark white condo was completely transformed.
The entire floorplan was reconfigured, the walls arrayed in genuine leather, wood veneers, and specialty papers. JB Noble designed a custom sofa and console to maximize the flow of the living room, taking full advantage of the city views.
