Bankers Hill Residence

THE PARK is an ultra-luxury condo building located in San Diego’s prestigious neighborhood, Banker’s Hill. Standing as one of the most extravagant residential buildings in San Diego, JB Noble was tasked by Zephyr Builders with curating an interior that reflects the building’s prominence, vison and stature.

The interior planning began while the high-rise was taking form in mid-framing. The interior embraces urban, coastal living while fostering warmth in contemporary design. Later, the model unit would sell in less than 24 hours after its listing.

JB Noble Interiors was responsible for all aspects of the interior to showcase a turn-key experience. Suede and shagreen leather walls invite potential home owners to an immersive experience. Cashmere fabric upholstered to the walls in the master suite were accented by the custom millwork designed throughout. A sense of edginess and character was introduced with our custom art curated in Venice Beach.
